BORN TO BOND

Great things come in two's,

Like Jack and Jill,

As they walk back home,
They will see everything in two,
Paired like birds.
Together like scissors, cutting away from single threads.
Bounded like canvas onto an African regalia.
Eyes roll together,to see this real dream, they had before it all began.

Where did it begin?

Was it by the shores where the ocean and sky meet.
Did you two, play feet on the sand game, leaving behind sunken, two, two footprints?
Was it in some secret location hidden from us,
Or infront of our conscious -selves back in class?

It matters least now,does it.
For,
Sunset found you together embracing, moon shone over your hearts like divine dressings.
The waters of conditions worked with the echoes of aquatic creatures.
Nature was blessing, way before the ring got curved.

To Man,
A woman was given,
In two's the animals driven,
Your Ark Jack,is about you and her now.
Storms will shake, winds of unrest blow,
Hold on to her, like so says the vow.
Never turn your back on our daughter.

Unto Woman,
Mans rib was planted,
So Jill, remind him daily that you complete him.
Without you he can't swim,
When life is wrecked beyond his strength.
Lean to God for wisdom to be the best helper to your man.
Love never judges.

Marriage is never easy,
Like a drug it can make you dizzy and sometimes lazy.
Just always stop and stare into the past, deep in eachothers eyes...
Trials will come and pass.

Remember how it began.
I'm a proud witness to this new journey,
It makes us envision milk and honey,
As we imagine the later fruits of your bond into marriage.

It is not fantasy believe and always pray for those better days in union as God so promises man and woman,
As they become one,
Mr. And Mrs.
